General Terms and Conditions of Online Sale

The present General Conditions regulate the sale of tours and tourist services offered by the tour operator Touristerminal with registered office in Largo del Colonnato, 5 Rome cap 00195 P.IVA and Fiscal Code: IT-15569771007(hereinafter referred to as ‘Tour Operator’) through its website ticket-terminal.net to final clients both in Italy and abroad. The purchase of any service implies acceptance of the following conditions.

1. Object of the Contract
The object of this contract is the online sale of tourist packages and tours in Italy, supplied directly by the Tour Operator to the final customer, whether resident in Italy or abroad. The tourist packages include a combination of transport services, accommodation, guided tours, and other activities described in detail on the site.

2. Methods of Purchase
Customers can purchase tours and services directly from the Tour Operator’s website. The booking and payment process is managed through the third party platform ‘Regiondo’, integrated into the Tour Operator website. Regiondo facilitates the whole procedure, from tour selection to payment, guaranteeing the security of the transactions and the management of the client’s personal data. To complete the purchase, the client must follow the indicated procedures, enter the required data and confirm the payment. The contract is considered concluded upon confirmation of the purchase, sent to the customer by e-mail.

3. Prices and Payment
All prices shown on the site are in euros (€) and include VAT, if applicable. Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal or other payment methods indicated at the time of purchase. The payment process is handled by Regiondo, which ensures the protection of the client’s financial and personal data. The Tour Operator reserves the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect already confirmed purchases.

4. Changes and Cancellations
4.1 Changes by the customer
The customer may request changes to the purchased tour, subject to availability and the policy of the Tour Operator. Any price changes due to changes will be communicated to and approved by the customer prior to application.

4.2 Cancellation by the customer
In the event of cancellation by the customer, the following penalties shall apply:

Up to 2 days before tour: full refund
From 24 hours before tour: no refund

4.3 Changes or cancellations by the Tour Operator
The Tour Operator reserves the right to change or cancel the tour in the event of force majeure, adverse weather conditions or other unforeseeable circumstances. In such cases, the customer shall be entitled to a full refund or rescheduling of the tour.

5. Obligations of the Customer
The customer undertakes to provide correct and truthful information at the time of purchase and to comply with the local regulations of the country of destination of the tour. Any additional costs resulting from non-compliant behaviour shall be borne by the customer.

6. Liability
The Tour Operator undertakes to provide the services described in the tour package purchased. However, it will not be liable for any inconveniences or problems due to circumstances beyond its control, such as transport delays, adverse weather conditions or the actions of third parties.

7. Insurance
The customer is strongly advised to take out travel insurance to cover any medical expenses, accidents or trip cancellation. The Tour Operator does not directly provide insurance policies, unless otherwise stated in the tour package.

8. Complaints
Any complaints relating to the services purchased must be made in writing to the Tour Operator within 10 days of the end of the tour. The Tour Operator undertakes to resolve any complaints as quickly as possible.

9. Privacy and Processing of Personal Data
The Tour Operator undertakes to protect the customer’s personal data in accordance with current legislation on the protection of personal data (EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR). The data will be processed exclusively for purposes related to the provision of the service and will not be transferred to third parties without the customer’s consent.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This contract is governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to the validity, interpretation or execution of the contract, the court of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located in Italy, or that of the Tour Operator, if located abroad, shall have jurisdiction.
